The program described in this report was developed to define the dynamic response of a flexibly connected barge train proceeding with a constant velocity. Hydrodynamic strip theory and a pulsating source potential technique is utilized to define the hydrodynamic properties of the system. Methods of elasto-mechanics are utilized to define the flexibility of the connector system. The theoretical development and complete user oriented information is presented. Examples of input data,program execution and output data are also presented.
