The report is a case study of the aircraft and parts industry in the New England region. The major purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence capital investment behavior and employment in this industry. Market structure and competition, operations, technology, and government and trade union relations were examined in order to determine how each affects investment decision-making and capital formation.
