A program has been developed for IBM systems with the Time-Sharing Option (TSO) to access, display and copy information in the Roadside Safety program library. Procedures for executing certain programs in the library are also available. This manual is one of the three describing the program. It describes the procedure for running the program and the various options available to the user.
