Pecan Cultivars: Past and Present

This illustrative publication documents more than 1,000 pecan and hican cultivars for nomenclature, origin, and nut and tree characteristics. It contains the proper name of each cultivar with appropriate documentation, (1) identifies the cultivar as to origin, patent number, and other pertinent features, and (2) provides distinguishing of nut and tree characteristics to aid the reader in identifying specific cultivars.
