The report presents a description of studies that were performed during the past contract year. The principal effort focused on vaccine evaluations in human volunteers, studies of methods of antigen delivery and immunomodulators as potentially acceptable adjuvants for use in man, and pathogenesis studies of parainfluenza virus 3 in children.
