The manual provides in-service technical training in small enterprise development. It is targeted for participants with limited academic backgrounds in business. Training sessions have both a theoretical and practical basis, in that they review important business principles and apply them specifically to host country situations. Written for trainers with little training background, although technical background/experience is assumed.
