The Executive Summary highlights the key findings and summarizes the approach taken in the study of the Investment Programming in Telecommunications - Costa Rica. The Final Report addresses the two principal parts of the study, consisting of: Project A - Network Reliability of the Instituto Costarricenses de Electricidad (ICE) Metropolitan Area, and Project B - Network Management and Control System (NMCS).
