Volume II covers the Engineering and Cost Analysis. The Engineering portion describes in detail the process units within the Base Case. Also covered are three alternate cases where they deviate from the Base Case and the three special process studies. The screening studies that defined the parameters of the Base Case are examined. Economic criteria, primarily for the Base Case, are established and evaluated. Then cost estimates (capital and operational) are presented. Because of the amount of material presented, Volume II is divided into three separate books. (ERA citation 08:006716)
