Some Remarks About Cusp Forms: Holomorphic and Non-Holomorphic

Cusp forms on a modular group and its congruence subgroups are considered. It is proven that estimations and properties of Fourier coefficients of nonholomorphic cusp forms depending on the norm of the fundamental region, the level, and other constants can be handled by the Kloosterman-Estermann (KE) approach. The KE approach is an analog of the Ramanujan-Peterson conjecture.
