EEsoF MICAD and ACADEMY Macro Files for Coplanar Waveguide and Finite Ground PlanCoplanar Waveguide

A collection of macro files is presented which when appended to either the EEsoFMICAD.ELE or EEsoF ACADEMY.ELE file permits the layout of coplanar waveguide and finite ground plane coplanar waveguide circuits.
