Light Meter for P-16 Phosphor Cathode-Ray Tubes

A light meter is described that has been developed for setting the intensity of P-l6 phosphor cathode-ray tubes. The light meter is used in the recording of time-of-flight neutron cross-section data in measurements using an under¬ground nuclear explosion source.
