PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a phosphor pattern that can form a uniformly shaped phosphor pattern for a color cathode-ray tube with high precision and is suitable for quantity production, a photosensitive element that is excellent in suppression of edge fusion and ease of handling and allows a uniformly shaped phosphor pattern to be formed with high precision and high workability, and a color cathode-ray tube equipped with a color cathode-ray tube phosphor pattern that has a high precision and uniform shape and is excellent in luminance. ;SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of a phosphor pattern comprises: a process to form a photosensitive resin composition layer 4 containing an (A) phosphor on a color cathode- ray tube phosphor layer forming board 1, a process (V) to irradiate an active light ray 8 on the photosensitive resin composition layer containing the (A) phosphor in the form of an image, a process (VI) to form a pattern by selectively removing an unnecessary part of the photosensitive resin composition layer containing the (A) phosphor on which the active light ray was irradiated in the form of an image by means of development; and a process (VII) to form a phosphor pattern 9 by removing an unnecessary portion from the pattern by means of baking.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
