Electric Energy Systems: Trends and Research and Development Needs for the 1990s

摘要

A workshop was held to identify technological trends and research and development needs expected to affect the electric utility industry over the next 25 years. This document describes the workshop process, presents the results, and provides an analysis of what these initial results might indicate in terms of future research needs for electric utilities. Goal of the workshop was to develop a list of priority R and D needs in electric energy storage, transmission, and distribution. (ERA citation 12:013457)
