Evaluation Report on the Status of Resources and Training System

摘要

The primary objective was to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the Status of Resources and Training System in providing timely and accurate information to meet the needs of the National Command Authorities and senior DoD decision makers. In accomplishing that objective, we evaluated management of the system from unit reporting to information available at the National Military Command Center.
