摘要

Two-thirds of the study pertains to Saarland, the first third to Rheinland Pfalz. Research was concluded on the following subjects: the construction of the school system; the types of schools and the number of pupils; the number, origin, and differentiation of minorities, who come mostly from Turkey, but also from Italy, Greece, Portugal, and the former Yugoslavia, Africa, and Asia; school organizations especially designed for minority groups both of German and ultimately of other foreign languages such as English, Latin and French.
