Situation of the Applied Economics Field 'Organization and Personnel' at Specialized Institutions of the Federal Republic of Germany (Zur Situation der betriebswirtschaftlichen Fachrichtungen Organisation und Personal an Fachhochschulen der Bundesrepublik

This study addresses three main questions: firstly, to determine which specialized institutions offer the major 'Organization and Personnel', what the number of graduates are yearly, and what the difficulties in this field might be; secondly, how the representatives of the field view the major 'Organization and Personnel', and how the 'application' and 'practice' necessary - for this field are circumvented by the purely theoretical curriculum; and thirdly, to convey social-demographic data on the representatives of the field so as to be able to make statements on their distribution and to gain a perspective on the course of their careers.
