This report results from a contract tasking R&D Bureau of the Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering as follows: The contractor will investigate techniques for accelerated testing of cryocooler technology. During this phase of the effort the contractor will perform a detailed design of the equipment needed to conduct accelerated testing. Details are contained in the proposal statement of work designated as Tasks II and IIA.
