Routine and Recurring Small Transient and New Test Missions Environmental Assessment

The Air Force Flight Test Center at Edwards Air Force Base, California proposes to add up to 25 aircraft, 2000 sorties per year, and 1500 military, government civilian, and contractor personnel to support small transient and new test missions that would operate at Edwards Air Force Base and in the R-2508 Complex.
