The subject of this report is the processing of bubble chamber pictures and the implementation of such a process by both conventional computers and a computer using an associative memory. This problem as well as two other problems in the fields of Intelligence and Command and Control have been under study as test cases to examine the usefulness of new concepts in computer memory organization generally and the application of associative memories in particular.
