摘要

A new circuit for obtaining pulse frequency modulation (which is equivalent to pulse delay modulation) is derived. It is shown that the frequency is continuously variable over a considerable range. A practical implementation of the circuit is shown. Methods of improving the linearity of the deviceare presented. In theory,these techniques can be made to yield a circuit having no non-linearity.
