摘要

An experiment was conducted at Travis AFB to evaluate proposed improvements to Air Force food service operations. The experiment included the introduction of three new military food service concepts which affected both customer eating habits and attendance patterns. This report provides a detailed evaluation of the nutritional adequacy of the experimental system. It is concluded that all nutritional requirements are satisfied, and that the total system is even more nutritionally effective because customer utilization ana attendance were significantly increased.
