This is the fourth quarterly status report on a program for Recognition Technology For A Smart Sensor. The program consists of three phases, as follows: Phase I Task and Technology Review, Phase II Algorithm Selection and Test, Phase III Hardware Development. This report covers the final third of the Phase II effort.
