The present invention relates to a portal site allowing a technical discussion using the Internet, promoting production of a product discussed in the site, and supporting a business for producing the product with experts of various fields in one-step and, more specifically, to a portal site which provides simultaneous text or speech translation for a language of each country when a technical discussion for developing a new product is globally performed, supports a partner to understand details when an expert in the discussed technology and a maker, who is engaged in machining and the like, express an opinion, and supports all required businesses in one-step to implement the technology into a product through patent technology research and support in a specialized field. According to the present invention, since viewpoints are different due to different expert fields, troubles are generated when a conversation is performed to make a novel item with the same idea and, more specifically, languages are different in consideration of the entire earth, such that it is difficult to make a new thing through a developmental conversation and thus a system to enable users to understand each other is required. Accordingly, an objective of the present invention is to construct a portal system in which the novel item is implemented into a product in the shortest time and the lowest cost through cooperation to enable an idea presenter and an investor to generate common profits.
