摘要

The design, fabrication and performance of a 16 input/1 output UHF switch matrix is described in this report. Each switch consists of silicon-on-sapphire PIN diodes, operates in the frequency range 950-1220 MHz, provides 60 dB on-off ratio, and reduces the DC power consumed relative to a previous device (Report AFGL-TR-76-0016) by using miniature integrated inductors.
