This report proposes a method for achieving improvements in the precision of determining Fleet Replacement Squadron student aviator proficiency. The proposed method is the Computer Aided Training Evaluation and Scheduling (CATES) system. It provides a computer managed, prescriptive training program based on individual student performance.
