Three simulation systems (GCSS, DSDS, and DAS/DDPM) can meet AFWAL's requirements for flexible, all-software, engineering tool. All factors considered, GCSS can meet those needs best for the short-term, and in so doing, serve as a test vehicle for better definition of AFAL's long-term requirements. (Author)
