Great Lakes/St. Lawrence Seaway Regional Transportation Study: Commodity Flow Forecasts

This report documents the development of cargo flow forecasts for the Great Lakes System. These forecasts are the basis for a capacity evaluation of the existing locks. Economic feasibility of system-wide improvements are based upon NED benefits attributable to future cargo levels. (Author)
