A Functional Model for the Closely Spaced Object Resolution Process.

In this report, we describe a statistical model for characterizing the closely spaced object (CSO) resolution process. A logic for CSO clustering which simulates the CSO detection process is given. Measurement standard deviations for isolated targets, resolved CSO's, and unresolved CSO's are given. Results of this report are useful for functional simulation and performance analysis for the CSO resolution problem. (Author)
