Diversity of Molecular Recognition: The Combining Sites of Monoclonal Anti Spin Label Antibodies.

This article indicates that one can use NMR to study the structure of the combining sites of monoclonal antibodies. These combining site structures involve both the protein folding problem, the 'module assembly problem', and the molecular complementarity problem -- the 'fit' of hapten/antigen to the combining site.
