摘要

Toxic roridins and biologically active isomeric baccharinoids were analyzed by thermospray tandem mass spectrometric methods after liquid chromatography separation. The characteristic daughter ions of each component were monitored at predesignated intervals to enhance detection sensitivity. The minimum detectable limits were established to be ca 2 ng for all analytes. The developed procedure was applied for the accurate and unambiguous analysis of these macrocyclic trichothecenes in environmental samples. The detected compounds were quantified by either direct thermospray tandem mass spectrometric or thermospray-LC/MS/MS techniques. A synthetically modified macrocyclic trichothecene, 8-ketover-rucarin A, was used as an internal standard. Isomeric verrucarins were identified by a similar approach. Keywords: Phytotoxins, Fusarium.
