摘要

The modernization of the processes and equipment used in the chassis and transformer assembly and test areas is addressed in this project. This modernization will consists of an upgrading of manual assembly processes and methods, enhancements of test equipment and fixtures, automatic data recording, and the addition of automatic wire preparation. Incorporation of these changes will result in increased productivity and test yields through a reduction in rework, training, and throughput time.
