Work Attitudes of Scientists and Engineers in AFLC

摘要

This research focused on identifying the demographic characteristics and current work attitudes of the civilian scientists and engineers in AFLC. The research was done at the request of the AFLC's Chief Scientist and Engineer. A 106-question survey was administered to each of the scientists and engineers in AFLC with the objective of measuring such job related areas as job satisfaction, future work plans, job involvement, and professional continuing education (PCE). Statistical analyses were performed to determine if there were significant difference between scientists and engineers in AFLC.
