The furniture (1) has pivoting strut (2) that is formed at the right or left sides of a leg rest (3) or pivoted and locked about horizontal axis (5) of substructure (4). A working plate (6) is rotatable about a horizontal axis (7) and lockable to pivoting strut. The pivoting strut is hinged with the rear right side (6.1) or rear left side (6.2) of the working plate according to its arrangement on leg rest.
