摘要

This report, shows that in a Hilbert space, a mean value iterative process generated by a continuous quasi-nonexpansive mapping always converges toa fixed point of the mapping without any precondition. This result is employed to obtain approximating solutions to the variational inequality and the generalized complementarity problems. (JHD)
