The report consists of the text of the new Constitution of the Federal Republicof Yugoslavia adopted and promulgated on 27 April 1992 by the Federal Chamber of the Assembly of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia on the basis of the proposals and consent of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and the Assembly of the Republic of Montenegro.
