Contains the papers presented at the Technical Information Panel's Specialists'Meeting held in Copenhagen, Denmark, 14th-15th October 1992. Subjects covered include a Keynote Address on the interaction between technology and culture, an overview of the recent political changes, the effects on the exchange of scientific and technical information of these changes and consequent economic ones, the problems of managing change, forecasting and planning for change, and some of the new technologies that will help to overcome the problems raised by these changes.
