Many microcomputer-based hazard response models for calculating concentrations of hazardous chemicals in the atmosphere are available. The uncertainties associated with these models are not well-known and they have not been adequately evaluated and compared using statistical procedures where confidence limits are determined. The U.S. Air Force needs an objective method for evaluating these models, and this project provides a framework for performing these analyses and estimating the model uncertainties. This volume of the final report provides a user's guide for the software that has been developed for the quantitative evaluation of the performance of hazardous gas dispersion models. The characteristics and uses of the software are described, the required components of input files are reviewed, and methods of presenting the output files are summarized....
