摘要

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has called for more data to be collected on levels of perfluoroalkylated substances (PFASs) in cooked, ready-to-eat (RTE) food and packaged food.In a report on PFAS levels in different food groups, EFSA says because the substances that appear in a broad spectrum of products and processes may migrate into food from containers in which it is stored, prepared or served, "it would be important to collect more data" on cooked RTE and packaged foods.
