摘要

The implementation of a combined digital-analytical technology of video data processing is considered. On the basis of the generalized spectral-analytical method (GSAM), the algebraic algorithms of image analysis and pattern recognition were developed. For the first time GSAM was implemented on the basis of the orthogonal polynomials of a discrete argument, which results in essential reduction of calculation expenditures and increases the speed and accuracy of data processing.
