Mill-to-harbour:automated transportation of paper reels

An automated system for the mill-to-harbour delivery of paper reels is being operated by the Kajaani Mill of UPM Kymmene and Rauma Stevedoring,the operator of Rauma harbour in Finland.Paper reels are loaded into sea cassettes,figure l,and transported from the mill in rail-way wagons by VR Cargo,the Finnish railways'company.
