Delivery of Therapeutic Proteins:a New Approach

摘要

Delivery of therapeutic proteins into diseased cells represents an important challenge in human therapy.The recently developed protein transduction technology using Protein Transduction Domains (PTDs) has addressed the delivery problem.In our group,we have developed two novel methods of protein transduction which have the capability of successfully transduce functional therapeutic proteins into target cells and in different organs in mice.These delivery systems have been used to induce specific apoptosis in different tumor cell lines.
