Coromandel merges subsidiaries

FERTILISER maker Coromandel International has announced merger of its two subsidiaries Liberty Phosphate Ltd and Liberty Urvarak Ltd with the parent company through a scheme of arrangement, subject to approval of the stock exchanges, shareholders and creditors.
