There's something about the "sweet and salty" combination that makes people's taste buds water. For generations, the Wid-man family has been making chocolate covered potato chips — but in recent years they've expanded to sunflower bark, which takes the sweet and salty combination to a new level. Jody Kerzman talked with Carol Widman Kennedy about her family's long history of making candy, and how sunflower fits into their business.
