The present invention relates to a cotton candy. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cotton candy packaging material and a method for enabling a cotton candy packaging container to embed a cotton candy or decorating the cotton candy packaging container. Cotton candy bags having shapes of each part is generated to generate the overall shape of the cotton candy, and the cotton candy is putted into the cotton candy bags having shapes of each part to be bonded. After the shapes of each part are gathered to generate the overall shape to complete the cotton candy, the present invention variously satisfies needs of a consumer by variously developing the cotton candy packaging method which is not varied in the meanwhile and uses a sticker as an opening and closing means of the cotton candy bag and generates the cotton candy using the method for putting cotton into a rag doll and maximizes advantages of the cotton candy to create a new demand of a cotton candy industry.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
