Capaccioli Performs the Plant Commissioning of Briqueterie Naili in Algeria and Terreal in Italy

The production line of Briqueterie Naili in Djelfa, Algeria, with a capacity of 200 000 t/a has been commissioned. The plant has been designed by Capaccioli for producing hollow blocks type B8 and B12. Capaccioli supplied the complete clay preparation line which has been designed for the production of 400000 t/a and is composed of: 1. box feeders type ARAL 6150 2. box feeder for sand type ARAL 4100 3. clay crusher type ARAL FD6015 4. two roller mills type ARAL LS1412 with roller diameter of 1400 mm and roller- length of 1200 mm 5. mixer type MB800 6. silo with hover head crane bucket excavator for 400 000 t/a and a width of 108 m. The Capaccioli production line for yearly 200 0001 includes: 7. one roller mill type ARAL LS 1412 8. one filter mixer type ARAL MF600 9. one extruder type ARAL M7507S. Cutting, dryer loading and unloading as well as the kiln car handling system are automated processing steps.
