Best of the BEST 2008

Best of the Best Awards recognize construction and design excellence from across the U.S. in 2008. The long road for the winners teatured on the following pages began in August when more than a thousand projects were submitted to MtGraw-Hill Construction's network of 11, Regional Publications for consideration, for a regional Best of 2008 Award. Each publication convened a local panel of industry experts to select 225 regional winners that eventually moved on to the national Best of the Best competition.
