Congress and the Bush administration have handed U.S. businesses a major victory and dealt a blow to organized labor by revoking OSHA's Ergonomics Program Standard.The standard, which took effect Jan.16, sought to prevent musculoskeletal injuries in the workplace, but businesses claimed the standard was unworkable and would cost billions to implement.
