摘要

Introduction. - The aim of the study was to assess the effects of a 30-hour offshore race with sleep deprivation.Synthesis. - Seven male sailors volunteered to participate in the race. During this study the subjects were sleep deprived. They were tested 5 times with an orthostatic test (stand test). Responses of the autonomic nervous system were studied through heart rate spectral analysis. Results showed a greater nocturnal parasympathetic activity with no modification for the 4 other test episodes.Conclusion. - During the night, the parasympathetic activity increase was correlated with the nyctohemeral period and not with sleep deprivation associated with physical activity.
