Anglo said to be mulling ore, gold tie-up in Brazil

Anglo American is understood to be in discussions with listed Australian gold miner Beadell Resources in an arrangement that could see the mining giant produce iron ore concentrate at Beadell's Tucano gold project in Brazil. The Tucano project, which is located next to a concession in northern Brazil's Amapá state owned by Anglo subsidiary Anglo Ferrous, could produce up to 500,000 mt/year of iron concentrate grading 65%.
