Spot hot rolled coil prices in Southeast Asia continued to soften last week on lower Chinese offers,including from short sellers anticipating further dips. A number of sources surveyed Friday, however, seeseaborne prices bottoming soon, given an uptick in domestic Chinese prices since Thursday.
